At You Knead Sourdough, we want you to be fully satisfied with your baking supplies. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused tools and unopened ingredients.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
